Smith System Forms UK Based Advanced Driver Safety Company

Arlington, Texas ­ April 24, 2008– Smith System, the leader in advanced driver safety training, today announced its purchase of K Training Ltd. based in Wembley, England and the formation of Smith System EMEA, Ltd.

Smith System EMEA, Ltd. will provide advanced driver safety and improvement courses for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa. By combining the wide range of course material developed by Smith System with the tailored training content of K Training, the new company will offer a comprehensive curriculum for fleets of all sizes.
