It is with great pleasure that I can advise you of the tremendous impact that the Smith System Airport Driver Training Programme has had on our safety performance in 2005. I can remember you telling me that we should see a 50% reduction in motor vehicle accidents in our first year of full operation. Our performance this year is as shown below:

Well this is almost the 50% you promised and as you so rightly said - there should be more to come. We are currently going through our annual refresher training sessions and will initiate the 'Train the Trainer' refresher training sessions in the 2nd half of the year.
