Thank you for the opportunity to speak with you yesterday with regard to our refresher courses for our drivers. 2005 was a great year for our division here in Allentown, PA. I personally trained each of our approximately 38 drivers and enjoyed every minute of it.

It is the opinion of management here that our 40% decrease of accidents and incidents this year compared to last year is directly related to our driver’s being Smith Trained. We have a monthly “safety meeting” where we go over our corporate safety topics for that month and almost always we refer to some aspect of the Smith System training.

It is funny to see the effect the training has had on the guys when you simply see how they are parking their personal vehicles in the parking lot; almost ALL of them back their cars into the their parking spots in the morning.

I am anxious to go over the refresher course material with you. Our hopes here are that additional training can only improve our accident rates for 2006. It is our goal to provide our drivers with the most advanced training available to make them safe, productive, and relaxed drivers.
